Do you offer COD payment option on your website?
Sorry, currently we do not offer COD services on our website, Incase that’s the only mode of payment you want to use, you can visit our office to pay and collect your order.


Are EMI’s Available on Products which I buy from Photovatika.com ?

We Use Secure RAZORPAY payment gateway on our website for Payment purpose and RAZORPAY usually offers EMI facility on most of Debit and Credit cards issued in India. Do check out latest offers on Checkout page once you reach payment page.

What happens if Product I ordered is not available?

All of the products Shown in-Stock on website are Physically Available with us. In some Unforeseen Circumstances, If in case a Product went out of stock, we will immediately Cancel the same along with an Apology note and issue a refund to your original Payment method. Usually refund takes about 5-7Working days to reflect back in your account as per RBI norms. Incase you still face any
difficulty in the same, you can always reach out to our support team to help you out.

How much time does it take for you to Dispatch an order ?

Usually All products are Shipped between 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Insome unforeseen circumstances, the product shipping might get delayed, which we will definitely update you in Advance.

Is my Product Safe during Shipping?

We ship all your orders in secure bubble wrapped packaging’s and are fully secured. We take Full responsibility to deliver the products to you totally safe and secure. In any rare case of Mishap, please do reach out to our support team for replacement.

 

How much time does it takes to deliver my Product?

We ship all your orders through Reputed Courier companies in India Namely Bluedart, DTDC, etc and usually they deliver in 1-2 days in Metro towns and 3-4 days in Smaller towns. Interiors and village areas might take a little longer depending on service provider.

 

What happens if there is any Damage during Delivery of Product?

We take Utmost care in shipping your product but in rare case of any damage, please do reach out to our support team so that they can help you with immediate replacement.

 

What happens if the payment goes through but order did not?

Do you do repairs?

Sorry, we don’t offer In-house repair facility, but we can always connect you to respective manufacturer who will help you out with repairs and warranty.

How do I cancel My order?

Once you place an order and change your mind afterwards, please feel free to call our customer care or drop us a mail from your registered email id with us with order details and we will do the needful.

Incase you want to cancel the order after the product is shipped, we request you to kindly refuse to qaccept the same, once it reaches back to our warehouse, refund is issued against the same.

Incase somebody accepts the shipment at your facility by mistake and you want to return the product, we request to kindly donot open the same and get in touch with our customer support so that our team can guide you through the return process.

How do I Get GST Invoice for my order?

While checking out, you will get an option to Enter your GST number details with Name and Address. Kindly double sure your GST Name and Number and incase of wrong GST number will result in Issuance of retail invoice and you will not be able to claim input. GST invoice for input claim purposes cannot be issued once the order is shipped from our facility and a retail invoice will be issued against the same.

 

How do I contact the Manufacturer of item for Warranty Purpose?

We already have a list of manufacturer details along with service center details listed on our website, kindly go through the same. Incase any manufacturer is not listed, kindly contact our support team and they will help you out connecting with manufacturer.

 


Do you Buy/ Sell Used items?

All Products sold on Photovatika.com are Brand New and in “ AS RECEIVED FROM MANUFACTURER” State. We don’t deal in BUY/SELL of any USED/ SECOND HAND EQUIPMENT.

Sorry, we are a purely Selling Website, we do not offer any rental Equipment.
