The BY-BM2021 offers a real plug-and-play design that mounts directly to your camera's shoe mount with no battery required. The supercardioid polar pattern focuses audio capture directly in front of the microphone, reducing other surrounding sounds and background noise.
The mic is built with ABS plastic construction and features a shockmount to absorb noise-causing vibrations. The supplied foam windscreen helps to reduce wind noise. Also included is a 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS cable for cameras, camcorders, and audio recorders, along with a 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRRS cable for smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
